Cat Pumps

Plunger Pumps

Centrifugal Pumps

Plunger Pumps

Plunger pump performance range is 0.13 GPM to 240 GPM (0.49 to 908 LPM)  and 100 PSI to 10,000 PSI (6.9 BAR to 689 BAR). Pumps are available in  brass, nickel aluminum bronze, 304, 316, and duplex stainless steel.  Pump drives include electric motor, gas/diesel engine, hydraulic, and  pneumatic.

Piston Pumps

Centrifugal Pumps

Plunger Pumps

Piston pump performance range is 3.0 GPM to 60 GPM (11.3 to 227 LPM) and  100 PSI to 1,500 PSI (6.9 to 103 BAR). Piston pumps exhibit excellent  suction capability, often not requiring flooded suction or booster  pumps. Pumps are available with brass and 316 stainless steel manifolds  and 304 stainless valve components.

Centrifugal Pumps

Centrifugal Pumps

Stainless Steel Pumps

Options include manual or automatic float (submersible), chemical  resistant or high-temperature seals, and flanged or NPT fittings. Pumps  can be built with several motor options:  single or three phase, ODP or  TEFC, 50 or 60 Hz, up to 575 volt, 1750 or 3450 RPM.

Stainless Steel Pumps

Stainless Steel Pumps

Stainless Steel Pumps

Available as 304, 316 and duplex stainless steel, these pumps offer a wide variety of flow and pressure  ranges:  0.5 – 240 GPM, and 100 – 10,000 PSI. The stainless steel pumps  offer superior corrosion resistance, strength and long life in the  applications where aggressive liquids are being pumped

Flush Pumps

Stainless Steel Pumps

Liquid CO2 Pumps

  • Greatly increases seal life when used with low lubricity fluids such as deionized (Di) water
  • Cools seals, which extends seal life in applications with elevated pumped liquid temperatures
  • Reduces thermal load on ceramic plungers, reducing likelihood of cracking or pitting

Liquid CO2 Pumps

Stainless Steel Pumps

Liquid CO2 Pumps

Available in brass or 316 stainless steel. Flow range of 0.5 – 48 GPM  (395 – 25,225 lbs/hour), with pressure range of 400 – 5,000 PSI.

TEG Pumps

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

High Temperature Pumps

Pumps are readily available for 0.5 – 25 GPM and can be fitted with brass or 316 stainless steel manifolds.

>> See Documentation

High Temperature Pumps

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

High Temperature Pumps

Cat Pumps high-temperature pumps can handle liquids up to 200°F/93.3°C  and perform in intermittent run-dry conditions. Flow range of 0.5 to 20  GPM/1.9 to 75.7 LPM and a pressure range of 100 to 3500 PSI/6.9 to 241.5  BAR. Available in brass, nickel aluminum bronze, and stainless steel.

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

Nickel aluminum bronze pumps are stock items at Cat Pumps. A wide  variety of flow and pressure ranges are available: 0.13 – 75 GPM, and  100 – 5,000 PSI.

Direct Drive Pumps

Direct Drive Pumps

Nickel Aluminum Bronze Pumps

iFor electric motor direct-drive pumps there are two options available:  hollow shaft pumps and bell housing. The hollow shaft pumps fit 56C or  184TC face motors and will bolt directly to the unit. The bell housing  mount utilizes a flex coupler between the pump and motor shafts, and the  bell housing mounts the pump to the motor. Bell housing direct-drive  pumps are commonly used up to 15 HP.

Gearbox Pumps

Direct Drive Pumps

Gearbox Pumps

Cat Pumps gearbox pumps are direct-drive high-pressure pumps that can be  easily mounted on standard gas or diesel engines up to 24 horsepower.  The gearbox drive has a 2 to 1 ratio allowing the pump to run at half  the speed of the engine. This configuration provides a compact assembly  without running the pump at high engine RPM. The gearbox is completely  sealed, offering protection against rain, dust, and humidity.

ATEX Pumps

Direct Drive Pumps

Gearbox Pumps

Pump compliance with the ATEX directives is common in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, and bio-fuels.

The 8K series consist of 304 or 316 SS hydraulic assemblies constructed with cast stainless steel  flanges for maximum installation support. Different mechanical seal face  options are available and incorporate a separate thrust bearing in  place of motor bearings, adding to the robust design of this product. The 8K also features tungsten carbide lower pump bearings and sleeves.
